It is very important for small businesses to have a web presence. Many business owners have very poorly designed websites that look pretty but are not very search engine friendly. It is so important not to lose out on the majority of your customers by only sticking with the yellow pages. You want to have local online traffic to your website because it is crucial to your business success or failure.
